What Data We Collect and Why
We collect the following types of personal data to deliver and enhance our Services:
Name and Contact Information (e.g., email address): Used for account setup, communication, customer support, and updates. With consent, we may also send you communications about promotions or events.
Payment Details: For processing subscription payments. We use PCI-compliant third-party payment providers (e.g., App Store, Google Play) and do not store card details.
Location Information, Health and Fitness Data: Stored when you log a workout or sync from platforms like Strava or Garmin (e.g., GPS, pace, heart rate, cadence, duration).
Technical Data and Usage Information: Device identifiers, IP address, log files, and app usage patterns. Collected to improve functionality, performance, and security of our Services.
We may also process your data for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
Stamina also uses anonymized browsing and training information to improve the Services. This data cannot identify individuals and may be shared with business partners.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
When you delete your account through the in-app delete account feature, we will erase your personal data without undue delay and within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.
Financial and transaction records may be retained for up to 6 years in accordance with UK/EU law.
We may keep anonymized or aggregated data (which does not identify you) indefinitely for analytics and business improvement.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted third parties to operate our Services:
AWS: Secure hosting and data storage (EU servers, encrypted).
Posthog: Product analytics and user behavior tracking.
Google Analytics: Website and app usage analytics.
Stripe / App Stores: Payment processing.
Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads: Advertising and marketing analytics.
Data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA, but only in compliance with GDPR safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses, transfers to countries with adequate protection).
